What is a Jazz Jam?

Think of a Jazz Jam as Open Mic … for jazz!

Whether you play an instrument or sing, the Jazz Jam is your chance to sit in with a professional rhythm section. All are welcome and encouraged to perform some of their favorite jazz standards in this family-friendly open mic setting.

Interested players can choose their tunes from a wide selection. Music (lead sheets) are available from the Hal Leonard Real Book series, bring your own sheet music, or just call a tune! Sign up on the clipboard and get ready to jam!

Jazz Jams are free and open to everyone – young and old alike. And if you’re not quite ready to sit in, you can still come and enjoy some great jazz.

No age limit, no cover charge, just jump in and have a good time!
